In bath Ischl, resounding place and in the steirischen Ausseer country was the cradle of the salt mining. Therefore this area gave its name to the salt chamber property around the upper Traun. Here the full splendour of the internal salt chamber property unfolds approximately around the Hallstaetter, Altausseer and Grundlsee. The majestic roof stone massif is awake with its glacier fields over this fantastic landscape.

  • Salzburg
    The next international airports at Salzburg are Salzburg and Munich. From Munich to Salzburg you can go with train, and a wonderfull showing to the alpes in 2 hours to Salzburg. In afternoon you have time for your own sightseeing, follow the traces from the genius Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. In 27. january in 1756 a son was born to the monarch-archiepiscopal chamber musician Leopold Mozart by his Mrs Anna Maria in the house Getreidegasse No 9. Today Mozarts birthplace is one of the most-visited sights of Austria and contains a museum in among other things the family portraits are issued. Mozarts children's violin, his concert violin, his pianoforte and important individual subjects as well as compositions of the boy wonder in facsimile and first printing are to be admired there.

  • Salzburg - Trumer Seen/Wallersee (approx. 45 - 55 km)
    On the first bicycle day you leave Salzburg and ride your bicycle along Salzach to Oberndorf, the place of birth from the Christmas song "silence night ". Over Arnsdorf, where an attendance in the quiet "silence night "museum is worthwhile itself, you continue ride to Michaelbeuern into with its surely impressing Trumer lake country. Overnight today on the Wallersee.

  • Wallersee - Mondsee/Attersee (approx. 60 - 70 km)
    The today's tour us by the sea-area of the Egelseen, which stand under nature protection. Of or past at the Wallersee you ride your bicycle at the " dark hole "to the erring lake.This lake likes the fishing mens. Over the moon lake, where you should visit the castle and the main hall, goes it to the lake of the same name along at the Attersee.

  • Mondsee/Attersee - Traunsee (approx. 35 - 45 km)
    The first 25 kilometers you enjoy the distance to Weyregg with the ship. (season times consider!). By the Aurachtal you arrive at the Traun See. Make in Gmunden a small trip after castle Orth or visit you the Gmundener ceramic factory. Into Altmünster load you the bicycle museum to a visite and in Traunkirchen lures the old Fischer pulpit.

  • Traunsee - Bad Ischl - Bad Goisern - Hallstätter See (approx. 50 km)
    You ride today with your bicycles the first to the emperor city Bad Ischl, the summer residence of emperor Franz Joseph I. and its Sissi. The attendance of the emperor mansion, the Lehar house, the kurparks and the confectionery Zauner you should make a visite. Over Bad Goisern you ride along the Hallstätter See to Hallstatt. Hallstatt is the prettys See-Village from this world. Hallstatt have the oldest salt mine. And on top you see the rocks from the Dachstein. Enjoy the atmosphere from Hallstatt.

  • Hallstatt - Obertraun - Bad Aussee - Altaussee (approx. 30 km)
    Today after the breakfast you ride your bicycle along the Hallstätter See to Obertraun. Then the way goes uphill, 23% on 1.7 kilometers. When you not can ride uphill, maybe you walk this short way, or it is possible from Obertraun wher it goes uphill to take the train allong the Traun Valley to Bad Aussee. From Bad Aussee ( the geograpicle middle point from Austria ) you ride to Altaussee. In the afternoon you make a visite in a special cake factory, "Altausseer Lebkuchen" perhaps. Or enjoy a walk along and around the Altausseer Lake.

  • Altaussee - Bad Aussee - Grundlsee - Gößl - Toplitz See - Altaussee (approx. 40 km)
    After the breakfast you ride to Bad Aussee, visite in the park the stone from the geograpicle middle point from austria, and follow the Traun Valley to the Grundlsee. Allong the Grundlsee you ride to Gößl, and then you arrive the quiet lake Toplitzsee. From there you can go with a little baot across the Toplitzsee to the Kammersee, the spring from the river Traun. Backwards it will be a good rest on the terrace from the restaurant Fischerhütte on the Toplitzsee, before you will ride to Altaussee.

  • Altaussee - Salzburg
    After the breakfast is your back transfer to Salzburg included in the price, the time 1 hour. Or perhaps you stay any days longer in the pretty Ausseer landscape in the Styria Salt Chamber. Many options to enjoy the stay, we will inform you.
