Your overnights in the old castle "Altes Schloß" in Baden - Baden, three different bicycle tours and the sightseeing and shopping in Baden - Baden, enjoy the nature, history and landscape.

Your hotel "Altes Schloß" Hohenbaden in Baden Baden
From 11 to 15. Century was "Hohenbaden" the seat of the Mark counts von Baden, until these moved in the new palace builds 1102. A worth seeing ruin of the 1102 as "Hohenbaden" built castle. The havey building of fortresses offers a wonderful, interesting panorama on the city, the Black Forest and the river rhine valley.

The bicycle tour "Tour de Murg"
From Baiersbronn over Klosterreichenbach, Schönmünzach, Forbach, Gernsbach and Gaggenau to Rastatt goes trhe bicycle path "Tour de Murg". Beside open meadow valleys the bicycle path "Tour de Murg" goes itself; past at firs and hardwood forests.
Overall length: 61 kilometers, difference in height 500 m. Allways downhill.

The bicycle "Tour de Murg is" probably one of the most beautiful bicycle moving routes in the Black Forest. From Baiersbronn down to into the former residenzvillage Rastatt the way leads by a unique culture landscape.
Beside the extensive forests and open meadow valleys the bicycle route route "Tour de Murg" goes itself always savages and by that more closely becoming valley with its deep ravines past at Magnolientrees, fir and hardwood forests past. Allways downhill, but a liitle sportive.

Our program bicycle tour Tour de Murg 

• Baden-Baden
  From main train station Baden-Baden your tansfer to the hotel "Altes Schloß" Hohenbaden in Baden Baden. The transfer time from train station Baden-Baden is 10 minutes. From 11 to 15. Century was "Hohenbaden" the seat of the Mark counts von Baden, until these moved in the new palace builds 1102. A worth seeing ruin of the 1102 as "Hohenbaden" built castle.   The afternoon time to relax, visite the first time the ruin from the old castle, or sightseeing Baden-Baden and enjoy the international feeling and fun of living.
  
  
• Maginot Line/France 50 kilometers
  In the morning after the breakfast your ( and your bicycles ) transfer with car to Rastatt in 10 minutes. From here you start today your bicycletour to the alsac in french. After 8 kilometers at Rastatt you arrive the river rhine, you cross the bank from the rhine with a old ferry boat to french. Here you follow the way to the little hills from the alsac and enjoy the small villages and the landscape. After 30 kilometers you arrive Schoenburg, and here you find middle in the forrest the old fortress Schoenburg from the Matginot Line. Time to visite and go inside, but please have a wam jacket with you, inside it is a little cold, then it is deep in the earth. The time to visite is near 2 hours, then you have to walk inside and the way is maybe near 3.5 kilometers inside.   After you visite you ride now downhill from the little hills to the bank from the rhine, cross again with the same ferry boat the bank from the rhine. When you are sportive or when you want, you can ride back to the hotel with your bicycle, but allso we will make you from the ferry boat ( or wherever you want ) a transfer to your hotel.
  
  
• Tour de Murg 61 kilometers
  In the morning after the breakfast your (and your bicycles) transfer with car to Rastatt in 10 minutes. From here you start today your bicycletour with train in the murg valley to Baiersbronn. It goes uphill, very pretty landscape from the blck forest and the Murg Valles, with many tunels and hills. Enjoy this tour with train. In Baiersbronn you find back you bicycles, and from here you start now your bicycle tour downhill, 65 kilometers to Rastatt. The bicycle way "Tour de Murg" is probably one of the most beautiful bicycle moving routes in the Black Forest. On your way you find the small villages Klosterreichenbach, Schönmünzach, Forbach, Gernsbach and Gaggenau and allso many special restaurants with food from the black forest for to rest. In the afternoon you arrive Rastatt. When you are sportive or when you want, you can ride back to the hotel with your bicycle, but allso we will make you from Rastatt a transfer to your hotel. Time to relax and to remember the day with a good glas wine or maybe a beer.
  
  
• Palace Tour 45 kilometers
  In the morning after the breakfast you ride now ith your bicycle on a flat street to Ebersteinburg, here you can visite the ruin Ebersteinburg. From Ebersteinburg you ride downhill with your bicycle to Försch, here you find with a wonderfull park the palace Favorite. Palce Favorite is the oldest and also the only one in its original form keeps remained Germans "Porzellanpalace". Visite this wonderfull and pretty juwel.
  Later you ride your bicycle betwen fields and fruit trees to Rastatt, and there in the middle to the old palace Rastatt. The largest architectural monument in Rastatt is the residence palace, the oldest baroque residence on the upper Rhine. Visite this residence, and enjoy it. Now it is time to rest, and later you ride with your bicycle to Baden-Baden. Visite the historical old part from Baden-Baden, enjoy the international flair and charme.
  When you are sportive or when you want, you can ride back to the hotel with your bicycle, ( short way, 4 kilometers, but allways uphilly ) but allso we will make you from Baden-Baden a transfer to your hotel.
  
  
• Baden-Baden
  In the morning after the breakfast it is time to say good bye, and your transfer is to the main train station Baden-Baden.

This Tour can start all days between middle April and end of October 2010
